The classic attraction debuted in 1963 at Disneyland and then at Magic Kingdom in 1971 with over 225 choreographed audio-animatronics performers, allowing guests to experience the beauty of the South Pacific.

The design features padded ears with a green background and tiki icons on the front and a brown solid color on the back. The Walt Disney World 50 logo is embroidered in gold on one of the back ears.
