Menu Revealed for the Swan & Dolphin Food & Wine Classic Sunday Bubbles Brunch

Il Mulino

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resorts are pulling out all the stops again this Food & Wine Festival with the incredibly popular Food & Wine Classic event which will be held from from October 27 – October 28, 2017.   A treasure-trove of culinary delights the Food & Wine Classic offers food booths, workshops, wine tastings and so much more.

A highlight of the Classic this year is the Sunday Bubble Brunch which takes place at Il Mulino restaurant. This year’s brunch will be held on October 29, 2017 from 10am – 2pm).  The Second Annual brunch will be held in conjunction with J Vineyards and Winery and we are so excited to share with you this sneak peek of this year’s menu.

One glass of champagne or specialty mimosa will be included in the menu price, along with the option to upgrade to bottomless champagne and mimosas at the time of seating.

Entrée Selection 
In addition to the brunch menu items, guests may add a choice of one of the entrees below to be served at the table:

  • Saltimbocca: Veal Scaloppini, Shaved Prosciutto, Sage, Madeira Sauce
  • Lobster Benedict: Butter Poached Maine Lobster Tail, Toasted English Muffin, Wilted Spinach, Poached Egg, Hollandaise
  • Steak and Egg: Seared Angus Rib Eye, Fried Egg Mushroom², Braised Cipollini Onion Sauce Bordelaise
  • Shrimp ‘N’ Grits: Creole Seasoned Gulf Shrimp, Anson Mill Grits, Vermont Aged Whited Cheddar Cheese, Pickled Okra, Tomato Butter
  • Chicken Fried Chicken: Potato Puree, Pickled Carrots, Peppered Milk Gravy
