Megacon is returning to Orange County Convention Center May 19-22, 2022 with a Huge Line-up. Last year was our first year Chip and Company covered Megacon Orlando and we had an amazing 4 days. From celebrity panels to meeting the most creative artists selling their wares, and probably the best cosplay we have witnessed, overall we can’t say enough good things about Megacon Convention.
This year looks like they are getting back to full form, after having to limit capacity during the pandemic. Let us take a look at some of the names and events coming this year, 2022.
Celebrities that have been confirmed so far are Gina Garano, Brendan Fraiser, Nathan Fillion, Giancarlo Esposito, Kevin Smith (our favorite on the list so far), and of course if Kevin is there, Jason Mews is not far behind. Also announced were 4 Hobbits from LOTR, Elijah Wood, Sean Astin, Billy Boyd, and Dominic Monaghan. Rounding out some of the major names appearing and signing autographs are Ashley Eckstein, John Cleese, Brent Spiner, and a few Trailer Park Boys and of course Buffy.

ARTIST ALLEY
Indie meets pro in this special area where you will find all your favorite pencillers, inkers, and writers. This is a ”must experience” area for anyone interested in meeting rising stars and those who work the front lines of the industry!
Here you’ll find it all – comics, graphic novels, limited edition prints, and best of all, original art and sketches. You’ll also find crafters and makers, all with a nerdy slant to their designs and creations.
CELEBRITY PHOTO OPS
