Meet the Real Life ‘101 Dalmatians’ With a Record Breaking Litter of Puppies

Meet the Real Life ‘101 Dalmatians’ With a Record Breaking Litter of Puppies. Look out for Cruella De Vil!

Back in 2017, a Dalmatian named Miley (Owner: Jade Martin) broke Australia’s record for a single litter of puppies with a whopping 18 Dalmatian puppies! The real life scenerio quickly reminded Disney Fans of the litter in 101 Dalmatians in which Perdita and Pongo have 15 puppies, with many fans referring to Miley as the “real life Perdita”. As for the “Pongo” in this story, his real name is Astro (Owner and Professional Breeder: Cecilia Langton-Bunker).

The litter wielded 12 females and 6 males, making for 18 puppies in total, which was the all time record in Australia for a single litter of puppies at the time. Most Dalmatians have an average litter of 10, give or take, a few. This record setting litter is known to be Miley and Astro’s first litter together, so the unusually high birth was an extra surprise since most first time litters tend to be smaller than normal.

CC Dalmatians originally shared their story back in 2017 via their Facebook and YouTube Channel, but the story has become a viral sensation in early 2020. It appears Miley and her pups were outdone this past summer when another Dalmatian gave birth to 19 puppies! Wowzah!

Just look at this adorable doggie family… My heart can barely contain the cuteness!
