Mears Connect has been operating since the first of the year, transporting guests from the Orlando airport to their Walt Disney World Resort hotel. The company offers two options for transportation: Standard and Express. The service has only been operating for a month and already changes are being made.

Previously, the Mears website guaranteed to “have you on your way to your resort within 20 minutes of your check-in to the Mears Connect reception area,” as part of its Express service. That promise has now been removed from the FAQs section.

This isn’t the only change Mears Connect has made since opening. They also increased the price for Express service from $200 to $250.
