Disneyland Raises Prices on Hundreds of Food and Drink Items

It’s a brand-new day at the Happiest Place on Earth, but if you’re planning a trip to Disneyland Resort, you’ll want to budget a little extra green for your favorite treats.

In what has become a regular summer occurrence, Disneyland Resort has quietly raised prices on hundreds of food and beverage items across both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure. Whether you are grabbing a quick morning coffee on Main Street, U.S.A., or feeding the family a full quick-service meal, those Disneyland dining totals are climbing.

Here is a breakdown of the price hikes you can expect on your next Disneyland vacation.

Classic Snacks & Sweets Get a Price Bump

The iconic snacks that define a Disneyland park day are seeing moderate increases across nearly all outdoor vending carts.

  • Churros: The beloved standard Disneyland churro has risen from $5.75 to $6.25 (an 8.7% jump).
  • Popcorn: A classic scoop of popcorn is up from $6.50 to $7.00.
  • Soft-Serve Ice Cream: A standard vanilla soft-serve cone went from $6.29 to $6.99.
  • Funnel Cakes: Craving a sweet funnel cake? Expect to pay $9.49 now, up from $8.79.

Your Caffeine Fix Will Cost More

If you rely on coffee to power through a rope-drop morning, prepare for a notable percentage hike on hot and cold beverages alike.

  • Regular Coffee, Hot Tea, & Cocoa: Standard hot drinks across quick-service locations rose from $4.79 to $5.49—a hefty 14.6% increase.
  • Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Favorites: Over at Ronto Roasters and Docking Bay 7, the standard Black Caf has jumped from $4.79 to $5.49. Meanwhile, the popular Cold Brew Black Caf has risen from $7.79 to $8.49, and the Black Caf Slushy at Kat Saka’s Kettle now sits at $8.49 (previously $7.99).

Quick-Service Meals & Cocktails Feel the Pinch

While most snack items rose by about 50 to 70 cents, quick-service entrees and alcoholic drinks saw some of the most substantial leaps.

  • The $4 Kid’s Meal Jump: The single largest price hike belongs to the kids’ Bean and Cheese Burrito at Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante, which shockingly leaped from $8.99 to $12.99—a whopping 44% increase.
  • Lunch & Dinner Staples: A basic chicken tenders meal at mainstays like The Golden Horseshoe, Stage Door Café, and Flo’s V8 Cafe climbed from $13.49 to $13.99.
  • Drafts & Cocktails: Most alcoholic beverages and cocktails saw a standard $1.00 increase. However, some specialty drinks went higher; for example, the Frozen Coke with Jack Daniel’s at Smokejumpers Grill jumped $1.75, pushing it from $18.25 up to an even $20.00.
  • Bottled Drinks: Grab-and-go bottled sodas and Dasani water mostly saw a modest $0.25 increase, with many now priced at $5.49.

Even novelty souvenirs aren’t immune to the trend. If you want a Mickey Mouse glow cube to light up your drink, it will now set you back $6.99 instead of $6.49.

Budgeting Tips for Your Next Trip

While a 50-cent increase on a churro or coffee doesn’t seem like a dealbreaker on its own, those quarters quickly add up for a family over a multi-day stay.

To help offset these new menu prices, keep these tips in mind:

  • Bring Your Own Snacks: Disneyland still permits guests to bring their own outside food and non-alcoholic beverages into the parks (just no glass containers!).
  • Ask for Free Cups of Water: Skip paying $5.49 for bottled water. You can ask for a complimentary cup of ice water at any quick-service dining location with a soda fountain.
  • Double-Check the App: Before you head out, open up the official Disneyland App and peek at the current menus so you can build an accurate dining budget.
