Marvel Studios ‘Ant-Man 3‘ Lands Writer From ‘Rick and Morty‘. There must be some big Rick and Morty fans at Marvel Studios! Marvel has tapped yet another talent from the famed animated television series. Writer and co-producer Jeff Loveness has been chosen by Marvel to pen a script for the third installment in the Ant-Man franchise.
Other projects tied to Rick & Morty creators include Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and the Loki series coming exclusively to Disney+ in 2021.
Peyton Reed is set to return as the director for Ant-Man 3 to complete the trilogy. Both Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly are set to reprise their rolls as Scott Lang (Ant-Man) and Hope Van Dyne (The Wasp). Also expected to return are Michael Douglas (Hank Pym), Michelle Pfeiffer (Janet Van Dyne), and Michael Peña (Luis).
It is currently unknown what the premise will be for the film, but likely with the addition of Jeff Loveness to the project, it’s a safe bet we will be exploring more of the Quantum Realm and learn more about what Janet Van Dyne was doing during her time there.
