We were recently invited to Maria and Enzo’s Ristorante in Disney Springs to check out their Carnevale event. For those wondering, Carnevale is a Venetian holiday filled with festivities and indulgences. The entertainment and food are some of the highlights of Carnevale. To better inform our readers, we dined at Maria and Enzo’s Carnevale to review the details of the evening event.
The Carnevale event is taking place from now until February 29th, 2030. It runs each night from 5:00PM to 10:00 PM. There’s no cover charge or additional cost to attend Carenevale since this event is open to all visitors who come in the evening.
There’s something fun when you first arrive. A host or hostess will greet you as you enter and offer masquerade masks to guests. You can pick up a mask and some party beads as little novelties to enjoy the Carnevale celebration. Also, the main dining room is filled with beautiful decorations, balloons, and banners for guests to enjoy throughout the month of February.
Another great feature of the night is the live entertainment! We had a violin player visit our table to perform musical requests and he stopped at everyone’s table that evening. There was another employee going around offering to make balloon animals for guests. He made a monkey balloon for our table! Also, they had an artist available to help kids create their own masquerade mask designs and all of this was free for dinner guests!
The entertainment was amazing and really added to the experience. It made our dinner memorable and everyone loved it!
Maria and Enzo’s Ristorante has a special dinner menu for its Carnevale event this month. We sampled some of the cocktails and dinner menu items to see what they have to offer guests.
Carnevale Drinks
There were four specialty cocktails available at Maria and Enzo’s Carnevale. We tried both the Red Mask and King Carnival. The visual presentation and taste of these cocktails were great for dinner guests.
Vegetable Crudités
A plate of vegetables and a bread basket is brought to each dinner table prior to serving their meal.
Appetizers
We sampled the Arancini and Fried Calamari as our appetizers. Both were tasty dishes!
Meatballs
A plate of meatballs was provided to our dinner party. These meatballs were packed with flavor and well-seasoned by the kitchen staff.
Dinner Entrees
We had the Brazino Mediterraneo (Sea Bass) and Ravioli Al Tre Formaggi as our dinner entrees. Both dishes were quite delicious!
Dessert
Each dinner party receives free pastry dessert at the end of the meal. It’s basically a fried dough treat to enjoy with your friends or family. We did order the Tiramisu dessert to try as well. The whole meal was delightful from start to finish!
