Year of the Mouse of coming to a close, and Disney is welcoming the year of the Ox! To celebrate, you can find new Lunar New Year Minnie Ears and also a new Lunar New Year Spirit Jersey now at Disney Springs! Usually, Lunar new year goodies are mostly at Disneyland, so this is a fun surprise.
This year’s pair is the classic lucky red with golden accents. The bow is showered in red micro sequins, and 3D golden plum blossoms are sprinkled upon it as well.
The ears are also printed with metallic gold icons symbolizing the Lunar new year. Sparrows, clouds, coins, peaches, plum blossoms, and more wrap around in a beautiful homage to the Year of the Ox.
The Spirit Jersey also has the same lucky red color, with accents in gold puffed ink, and red glitter!
The Ox on the front and Mickey on the back are in gold puffed ink. While the same icons from the ears are highlighted in red glitter all over the jersey.
Arching across the back above Mickey is “Happy “牛” Year” in gold puffed ink. The Chinese character is niú is represented in the center for Year of the Ox.
