Six Ravens Shares Full Menu and Local Orlando Collaborations Ahead of Disney Springs Opening
Disney Springs is about to get a little darker… and a whole lot tastier. Six Ravens, the highly anticipated savory concept from the creative minds behind Gideon’s Bakehouse, has officially revealed its full menu along with the local Orlando restaurants that helped inspire several of its signature dishes. While Disney accidentally gave fans an early peek at the menu, Six Ravens has now shared the complete lineup with the stories behind each collaboration.

The star of the menu is the restaurant’s signature “Coffyns,” flaky hand pies stuffed with savory fillings and each served with its own dipping sauce. Every Coffyn features a unique flavor profile, and several were developed in partnership with well-known Central Florida eateries. Burger lovers can sink their teeth into The Peasant’s Patty, a cheeseburger-filled Coffyn topped with sesame seeds and paired with Pink Salamander dipping sauce, created alongside The Pink Salamander. The Villain of Valentina combines basil pesto chicken, balsamic tomatoes, and plenty of garlic with Pizza Bruno’s famous garlic knot sauce, while The Wizard’s Wonder packs mac and cheese, BBQ pulled pork, and pickled poblano peppers alongside Smoke & Donuts BBQ’s Smoke & Cherry BBQ sauce.
Other savory offerings include The Imperial Idol, a coconut curry chicken Coffyn inspired by Red Panda Noodle, The Moreish Monk featuring a rich grilled cheese with house tomato jam, and The Forager’s Find, a vegetarian option filled with roasted sweet potatoes, black bean corn salsa, and queso cotija. Every Coffyn comes with what Six Ravens promises is a “healthy dose” of dipping sauce, making them perfect for sharing… or keeping all to yourself.
Guests can also add a side of Tell Tale Tatties, a mini bucket of seasoned baked smashed potatoes served with the restaurant’s signature honey mustard. If you still have room for dessert, The Tarts Tempest combines a Gideon’s chocolate chip cookie tart with rich chocolate fudge and house raspberry jam for a sweet finish that feels right at home alongside the bakery’s legendary cookies.
While breakfast offerings are planned for the future, the Six Ravens team says they want to get established before expanding the menu. Although Disney Springs has already posted operating hours for the restaurant, the team says they’re still working toward a soft opening and encouraged fans to stay tuned.
