Toy Story Land

Last week we brought you aerial images of the highly anticipated Toy Story Land. We have new photos for you to enjoy because a lot can happen in 7 days. New tracks, new parking, and new aliens!

You can see from this view of the north end of the new land that additional track has been laid for the Slinky Dog coaster. It looks like the circuit is close to being completed.

We have alien sightings! Two of our favorite green extra-terrestrials have been added to the Alien Spinning Saucers attraction. This new ride has been compared to Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree at California Adventure Park. For those of you who haven’t experienced this ride at Disneyland I have a video linked below.

Now for some general Hollywood Studios park construction updates.

I thought this photo gives you an excellent way to see both Toy Story Land and Star Wars Land in relation to the rest of the park. Star Wars Land is to the left of Grauman’s Chinese Theatre while Toy Story Land is to the right.

Finally, here is a photo of the new parking lot expansion featured in the bottom right of the image. With two new land expansions Disney knows it needs more parking for the additional guests visiting Hollywood Studios.

Star Wars Land has been announced for 2019 while Toy Story Land’s opening date will be released at the D23 Expo later this year. Stay tuned for more updates as we get them!
