Karen Gillan Gets New Haircut to Prepare for Nebula’s Appearance in ‘Thor: Love and Thunder‘. Recently, Marvel Studios and Doctor Who star Karen Gillan did a Q+A with fans and shared that she recently got a haircut in preparation for her return as Nebula in Thor: Love and Thunder.
This time Gillan bypassed the head shaving for a more manageable haircut that will allow the Marvel make-up artists to use a bald cap and won’t be as hard to grow back once production wraps.

“Thor: Love and Thunder, opening on May 6, 2022, begins filming next month with director Taika Waititi at the helm. Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman and Tessa Thompson return to their roles, joined by Christian Bale, who portrays villain Gorr the God Butcher.”
Thor: Love and Thunder is now set to premiere on May 6, 2022 and will star Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Natalie Portman (Jane Foster/The Mighty Thor), Tessa Thompson (Valkyrie), and Christian Bale (Gorr the God Butcher). Currently, members of the Guardians of the Galaxy are set to appear in the new Thor film as well, though there is no news from Marvel how integral the Guardians will be to the story.
