The latest gossip going around today is that Enchanted Tales with Belle will be reopening soon in the Magic Kingdom. Let’s take a look at some of the evidence that may support this rumor and see if the signs point to yes for a reopening…
Enchanted Tales with Belle has been dark since Walt Disney World closed for COVID back in 2020. Like many characters meet & greets this attraction sat empty.
However, with the news that SOME Meet & Greets would be returning starting next month to Walt Disney World, we might see Belle and friends return.

Recently Disney filed a permit for General Construction for Enchanted Tales with Belle. While the term General Construction could mean anything, it is possible they are getting things ready for a return, especially with Disney Princesses returning to Princess Fairytale Hall just across Fantasyland things look pretty good.
Finally, outside of Enchanted Tales With Belle the sign for the Character Meet was gone but just recently Disney added the sign back. Why would they add the sign back if they were going to keep the attraction closed???
I think the attraction will reopen next month but like Mickey Mouse backstage at Town Square Theater you are not going to be able to get up close and personal with Belle.
Disney had this to say for the Character Meet & Greets that will be returning:
Although the environment is not right just yet for hugs and autographs, you’ll soon be able to have individualized time with some of your favorite characters, getting to visit with them in a themed location and snap a photo or two.
I checked the Disney World website just on a whim to see if maybe some hours would pop up. I even went out as far as the calendar would go and it still shows No Times Available.

While this doesn’t really mean anything we have some strong evidence that we might see the return of Enchanted Tales with Belle very soon.
