We have an exclusive look at the menu for the all-new Minion Cafe at Universal Studios Florida
Work on the new Minion Land area at Universal Studios Florida is now complete. One new addition to the park in this land is the new Minion Cafe, which has taken over the spot that was formally the Universal Studios’ Classic Monsters Cafe. We had the opportunity to check out the cafe and its full menu today!

The interior of the cafe is adorned in wonderful Minions theming, with colors and artwork that match the lovable characters-including a neon banana sign!
Universal Orlando Resort veterans will recognize the Coke Freestyle machines, which can be used to refill the parks refillable mugs. Minions Cafe has two Freestyle machines installed for your use.
Full Menu
The full menu at Minions Cafe offers a wide variety of items that include something for everyone!
Despica-Bowls
El Macho’s Salsa y Salsa Ropa Vieja features braised beef with tomato cucumber salad, cilantro rice, salsa roja and El Macho tostones.
Kevin’s Chopa Chopa Salad features purple cabbage and arugula, tomatoes, cucumber, edamame, crispy pork belly, pulled rotisserie chicken, green banana chips and a mustard ale vinaigrette.
Other Despica-Bowls include Agnes’ Honeymoon Soup (above left), Otto’s Noodle Bowl (above right), Carl’s Crispy Cauliflower (below left), and Lucy’s Top Secret Salmon (below right).
Handhelds
Uncle Dru’s Belly Fillin’ Pork Sandwich features slow roasted porchetta, chimichurri sauce, mustard aioli, apple butter, bacon jam, arugula, Hawaiian pretzel bun, green banana chips.
The Steak & “Cheese Ray” Sandwich features French onion dipped roast beef, caramelized onions, secret sauce, cheesy blast pimento cheese on a cheddar & onion roll.
Off the Flames
Mel’s Meatball Mountain wood oven baked stuffed pizza with meatballs, basil, fresh mozzarella and marinara.
Desserts
There are plenty of dessert options at Minion Cafe, including Otto’s Pet Rock (peanut butter mousse, strawberry jelly, crushed peanuts, banana cake dipped in a chocolate shell), Minion Swiss Roll (vanilla cake with a pineapple cardamom whipped ganache, passion fruit “banana” with a chocolate shell), Fluffy Unicorn Cupcake (confetti cupcake, vanilla & bubble gum icing, topped with a a chocolate unicorn horn), and Bob’s Teddy Bear Chocolate Cream Puff (filled with a chocolate whipped ganache).
Specialty Beverages
There are two specialty beverage options at Minion cafe. The The Antidote features oodles of banana flavor with Minion-colored topping and graham cracker crumbles, while the PX-41 Punch features Lemonade with bright flavors of strawberry and kiwi, with Evil Minion-colored topping and Blue Raspberry Pop Rocks.
Guests aged 21 and over can also enjoy a Wells Banana Bread beer, along with other beer, seltzer, and wine offerings.

Mini Minions
Offerings for the mini minions include the Mini Boss’ Mega Melt (pimento cheddar grilled cheese with Minion tots and a mini banana), Freedonia Festival of Mac & Cheese (mini shells tossed in a creamy white cheddar cheese sauce with Minion tots and a mini banana), Shrunken Moonballs with Flying Sauce (mini meatballs in marinara over spaghetti with Minion tots and a mini banana), and Mr. Gru’s PB & Jelly (pressed peanut butter & Gru’s jelly with Minion tots and a mini banana).
