ICON Park has the best Santa Claus Experience in Orlando. It was about 3 minutes into my conversation when reality took over and somewhere in the back of my head an inner child leaped out of me and screamed “OMG I am talking to Santa Claus!” Not only was I told I must have done something good this year since I was talking to this kind old Jolly Man, but I was also blown away at how kind, and wonderful, and overwhelming this Santa Claus Experience was at ICON Park in Orlando.
After last year’s completely different interaction with each other, much less Santa, we finally return to normalcy and get to sit and chat with Santa Claus again. At The Santa Claus Experience in ICON Park Orlando, you get our favorite Santa Meet and Greet in the central Florida area.
From the entrance of Icon Park, where you are greeted by a 75′ tree, totally decorated, with the Wheel in the background, makes for an amazing family photo (Check out the Instagram post below.), to the Santa Train that will take you around the whole park, ICON park, The Santa Claus Experience is whimsical and a great family outing.

The Santa Workshop Experience Meet and Greet room is set up to show Santa’s workshop but this isn’t the hustle and bustle workshop with elves underfoot. This is the room after that! You can see snow falling out the window, there is a fire burning, Santa’s Boots are by the fireplace. All those fantastical visions we all think of how Santa lives.
What sets this apart is the actual meeting with Santa Claus himself. He may not be the fattest or the youngest, but he could be the most kind, gentle spirit of Santa I have met in my many years on this earth. It was almost like seeing my grandfather and sitting on his knee. I felt like I could tell him all the real things I wanted for Christmas that we all joke about, World Peace, end of hunger,… you know all those important things. All the while saying I want the Disney World 50th Anniversary Backpack, that I can’t find in stores anymore, ok maybe that’s just me. Santa Claus Experience is amazing and worth your time if you are in central Florida.
