I would eat my vegetables if they all tasted like these Brussels Sprouts from the Brew-Wing Pavilion. Plant-based options are all around Epcot’s International Food & Wine Festival, and we are here for it. One of the best options is the Brussel Sprouts from the Brew-Wing located in the Odyssey building.

Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Buffalo Sauce has such a delightful flavor, the cream on top, the buffalo sauce that does not overpower the flavor of the sprouts, and the char flavor. All come together to make a pleasant mouthfeel, and a great flavor. We recommend everyone try it, but for those who enjoy plant-based food, this is really well done.
