HOT COCOA BLIZZARD

INGREDIENTS:

• 4 cups of milk
• 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
• 3/4 cup of sugar
• Chopped chocolate bar
• Whipped cream

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Gather cocoa powder, milk, and sugar.
• Over medium heat, whisk mixture until warm (but not boiling).
• Add chopped chocolate bar and whisk until it melts in smoothly.
