Guide to celebrating the Holidays at Universal Orlando

The holidays are in full swing at Universal Orlando! Festive decor can be seen throughout the resort, holiday entertainment can be found around every corner, and guests can enjoy plenty of holiday treats and merchandise. You can have a jolly holiday at Universal Orlando.

The parks are decked out in all things holidays! Wreaths and garlands and ornaments line the streets, stores and restaurants.

Holidays in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter

What better place to celebrate the holidays than the magical world of Hogwarts and Hogsmeade?! Every evening from dusk to park close guests can experience the Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle where the castle lights up in a festive spectacle of light projections. For some festive entertainment, guests can listen to Celestina Warbeck and the Banshees perform their holiday hits like “My Baby Gave Me a Hippogriff for Christmas” in Diagon Alley. Or, see the Frog Choir take the stage in Hogsmeade with their classic carols like “Christmas at Hogwarts”. 

Don’t miss out on trying the hot Butterbeer, a delicious warm version of the fan-favorite Harry Potter beverage. You can also take home a piece of the wizarding world with fantastic merchandise like house ornaments, stockings, and sweaters.

Grinchmas

The whimsical Seuss Landing gets decked out in Who-liday charm and cheer to celebrate Grinchmas. Be sure to check out The Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular: a live retelling of the classic tale starring the Grinch, featuring music recorded by Mannheim Steamroller. You can also interact with Whos as they spread holiday cheer and even meet the Grinch himself! Snap a photo with him at All The Books You Can Read bookstore.
