Walt Disney World recently updated its face mask policy. Guests are now allowed to go mask-free while on outdoor attractions and queues.

Previously, guests had to wear masks on all attractions and as soon as they entered all ride queues. Face masks are also no longer required in outdoor theaters.

Florida can get super hot and humid in the summer so this is a welcome change! Outdoor rides and queues are not air conditioned and wearing a mask can be extra hot and sweaty.
Rides like Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Mad Tea Party, and Tomorrowland Speedway can now be enjoyed mask-free!
