You can now get personalized guest service experience in every park at Walt Disney World!
The Guest Experience Team has arrived to Epcot! This was the last park left to get this team of Cast Members to help you with any questions you might have about the park, FastPass+, wait times, lost and found or the My Disney Experience app.
You can identify them for their blue shirts with the castle logo at Future World East and Future World West.
The team will make its official debut on January 26, just in time for the Festival of the Arts!
