Epcot Flower & Garden Festival just released their Springtime menu and this Grilled Vegetable Bruschetta is a must have!
The Epcot Farmers Feast booth located near Test Track had an early bloom menu when the festival started but now that has changed to spring until May 21, after that it will move on to the summer menu.

But back to the Grilled Vegetable Bruschetta, this tasty dish features marinated peppers, zucchini, squash, artichokes, goat cheese and balsamic glaze on grilled ciabatta! It’s so good!
