Gideons Bakehouse in Disney Springs Celebrates Pride Month this June 2021. In addition to a returning favorite cookie, they announced a new cake! Along with the cakes and cookies announcement, they are releasing new merch this month also, which will be announced over the next few days.
Special Cake Announcement!! Pride Month is extra important to Gideon’s and Central Florida, so we are very excited to celebrate with a brand new Rainbow Crunch Cake! This fluffy 3-Layer Vanilla Confetti Cake is covered with our extraordinary multi-colored Marshmallow Buttercream and laced with our mega crunchy Rainbow Crumbs! Each Gideon’s cake is lovingly scratch-made by hand and is available by the slice every day of June at Gideon’s in Disney Springs and every weekend for Gideon’s at the East End Market.

HAPPY PRIDE MONTH! ?️? June is here, which means it’s time to switch up Limited Edition Cookies! Enter the White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut! We can’t just give you a standard White Chocolate Mac Nut Cookie! Our homemade Salted Caramel is what levels up this classic flavor. The caramel bakes right in and sometimes even explodes right out to offer you a cookie that is fun and packed with flavors. Oh, did I mention we’re brushing them with edible rainbow glitter?!? “But wait, Gideon’s!” you say. “Isn’t that the November Cookie!?” Well, not anymore, friends! After causing the Great White Chocolate Shortage of 2020, we realized we need to space out our White Chocolate offerings and avoid depleting the nation of its supply. It’s the responsible thing to do.

The Orlando area is a safe haven for our fellow humans who are part of the LGBTQ+ community. Gideons does their part more than just in June every year. Nevertheless, please do not go into this saying they have become “woke” or are doing this for sales. Furthermore, we see the support monthly, weekly, and daily. Gidiots, like myself, will be first in line this morning trying out the new cake.
