What is a “Coffyn”?

Six Ravens pays deep homage to medieval European history and lore, starting with its name—a nod to the legendary resident ravens guarding the Tower of London to this day.

Its signature culinary dish is the Coffyn. A beloved staple in medieval Europe that remained popular through the English Tudor period, “coffyn” was the original term for a hand pie. At Six Ravens, each Coffyn is handcrafted from a savory yeast roll, packed with high-quality ingredients, and served alongside a custom dipping sauce.

Signature Coffyns ($10.99 Each)
