It was revealed last week that the world premiere of the feature length documentary “Secrets of The Force Awakens: A Cinematic Journey” will be held at the South by Southwest (SXSW) Film Festival in Austin, TX on March 14th. Registration for the film festival can be done here. The feature length documentary about the making of “The Force Awakens” will also be a bonus feature on the Digital HD release (April 1st) and the Blu Ray Combo Pack release (April 5th).

In preperation for the documentary’s premiere, a First Order TIE Fighter has landed in Austin, TX, along with some storm troopers, you can check out the gallery below:

Another exciting bonus feature will be the filmed table read of “The Force Awakens,” showing the first time all of the cast, both original and new, got together in one room and read the script of Episode VII. As a major Star Wars fan, this is a bonus feature that is sure to be exciting and nostalgic, and one of the features I’m most excited about. Disney/Lucasfilm has released a teaser trailer for the “The Story Awakens – Table Read”:

“Star Wars: The Force Awakens” is now available for pre-order for Digital HD and Blu-Ray combo pack.
