We have a first look at the menu for the Satu’li Canteen quick service restaurant. The Satu’li Canteen is located in the much anticipated Pandora in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park.
The breakfast menu includes six delicious entrees to choose from.
- Vegetable-Goat Cheese Frittata with wood-fired herb-crusted beef and chimichurri
- Tropical Pandoran Forest Fruits with fresh yogurt-muesli and vanilla maple syrup.
- Steel Cut Oats, caramelized brown sugar, whiskey raisins, marcona almonds, and goji berries.
- Slow-Roasted Pork Shoulder Potato Hash, with chorizo sausage and natural jus.
- Cinnamon French Toast, blueberry cheesecake dollop, passion fruit anglaise, and sausage.
- Scrambled Egg, bacon, and spinach steamed ‘pods’ with pickled vegetables.
Kid’s menu available as well!
The highlight of the lunch and dinner menu seems to be the Create-Your-Bowl entree option. Bowls are served with crunchy vegetable slaw and yogurt boba balls.

- Sustainable Fish Fillet
- Chili-Spiced Crispy Fried Tofu

Step 3 – Select Your Sauce
- Charred Onion Chimichurri
- Black Bean Vinaigrette
- Creamy Herb Dressing
Both menus include alcoholic beverage options. Top off your morning meal with a Bloody Mary or enjoy draft beer and wine options when you dine during lunch and dinner. Menus include non-alcoholic options as well.
Don’t forget dessert! The menu also includes two dessert options.
- Chocolate cake with a crunchy cookie layer, banana cream, and goji berries.
- Blueberry Cheesecake with passion fruit curd.
