It’s been an eventful week for news regarding Disney employees and entertainers receiving layoffs. Many beloved Disney Cast Members are being let go and one of them is the legendary Yehaa Bob at Disney World. Bob Jackson had been performing at Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside Resort for an amazing 23 years.

Yehaa Bob Jackson has been bringing joy and entertainment to Walt Disney World for more than 20 years through his performances at Port Orleans Riverside’s River Roost Lounge.
Along with many other Cast Members being laid off, Bob was given the news today that Disney has chosen to end his act in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
It is understandable that Bob can’t perform his act with the current state of things, but to cancel his beloved show altogether is snuffing out a bright light of hope for the future of Port Orleans.
Bob has dedicated his life to sparking joy in his audiences. Attending Yehaa Bob’s shows is a tradition for many and his presence is a huge draw for Port Orleans when choosing a Disney resort. The happiness that he brings as an entertainer is truly unparalleled and his absence would be very sorely obvious.
Disney, please reconsider. Commit to bringing Yehaa Bob back to the River Roost as soon as pandemic conditions are safe enough to accommodate his show.

There are many that have see YeHaa Bob in the past 20 years and make his show a must see.. so we the kids over 30 ..40 ..50 ..60 want, NO!!, love to show our guests the joy and fun he brings…To lose Bob would be like telling Mickey that Pluto needs to be put down HE IS PART OF WDW FAMILY and still brings joy to us.. lets not have to hang a RIP sign on his act ..He is laid-off not laid -out DISNEY GODS Please let this friend to all of us come back when COVID take a hike and we get all back on track
