Eric Idle Forgot He is Featured in 'Journey Into Imagination with Figment'

Eric Idle Forgot He is Featured in ‘Journey Into Imagination with Figment‘. Eric Idle shocked Disney Parks Fans this week after a fan interaction on Twitter revealed he had forgotten his role in the EPCOT attraction, Journey Into Imagination with Figment.

It all began when a fan reached out to Idle on Twitter and asked if he would be working on any new content with the iconic attraction figure, Figment. Idle confused Figment for Devon and Cornwall, a two headed dragon he voiced with the late actor, Don Rickles in the Quest for Camelot by Warner Bros.

Another fan quickly alerted him to the confusion which is when Eric shared he had forgotten Figment!

Fans were even more surprised when he revealed he had never seen the finished attraction or that he even appeared in filming for the ride. Believing he only recorded vocal tracks in LA for Disney Parks.

There is great debate in many a Disney page and forum about Journey Into Imagination with Figment, with fans fairly split about keeping the nostalgic attraction and others who eagerly await a replacement from Disney Parks. Which side do you agree with? We would love to hear your thoughts on why Disney should keep or replace the attraction in the comments!
