Walt Disney World is making a lot of updates at their theme parks for the upcoming 50th anniversary celebration. So, it’s no surprise the digital map for My Disney Experience has recently been updated.
The new digital map shows updates for both Magic Kingdom and Epcot. You can see for yourself on both the app and through these images below.
First, the front entrance of Epcot is now different in the digital map. It now shows a glimpse of the pylons sitting in front of Spaceship Earth.
The digital map also shows the new walkway between Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort. Some guests will enjoy this new walkway since it offers an another option for getting around the monorail resorts. It’s also quite a scenic pathway since you can enjoy the view of the lake.
Furthermore, the Magic Kingdom map now shows the modern appearance of Cinderella Castle with its new paint colors. We were wondering when the map would change, so we are delighted to see the castle’s new look showing now.
We enjoy seeing this update since it reflects the exciting changes coming to Disney World. Will you be going to Walt Disney World next year?
