Epcot will have a new opening time for the next few weeks as the Flower & Garden Festival begins on March 2nd, 2022.
EPCOT will open at 8:30 am on February 28th through March 19 for day guests, and 8:00 am for Walt Disney World Resort hotel guests.

It has been quite some time since Epcot has opened early to guests as it typically opens around 10 am. The Disney World website, it is not listing the World Showcase opening at a later time so we assume the entire park will be opening at the times listed above.
Hopefully the early admission will continue through Spring to when Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind is expected to open around Memorial Day.
