The animated movie is topping all other films on every streaming service, its music is conquering the Billboard charts, and giving families around the world a new obsession. With all of this massive success, Disney is giving Encanto another shot at the big screen. Encanto was recently nominated for three Academy Awards, including Best Animated Feature, which may have influenced the decision to put it back in theaters.
Disney fans are LOVING Encanto for the beautiful animation, heartbreaking message, and the instantly iconic soundtrack! For the 60th animated film, Disney hired famed music producer Lin-Manuel Miranda (Hamilton, Moana) to create a soundtrack that would help tell the story of The Madrigal Familia and new reports share the new album is a hit!
