Emma Stone Has Officially Signed On for the 'Cruella' Sequel

Emma Stone Has Officially Signed On for the ‘Cruella’ Sequel. Look out for Cruella de Vil in theaters! Actress Emma Stone officially accepted her contract with Disney for a ‘Cruella 2’ set to take place after the events of the first film. The news comes merely weeks after reports that Ms. Stone was “weighing her options” regarding a potential lawsuit against the entertainment conglomerate for a breach of contract similar to the Scarlett Johannson lawsuit over the release of Black Widow.

Cruella’s performance in theaters and on Disney+ immediately put the title high on the list for a sequel film, with many fans loving to hate and hating to love Emma’s Cruella de Vil. Though Ms. Stone is currently the only contracted individual set to reprise her role we expect fellow cast members Joel Fry (Jasper), Paul Walter Hauser (Horace), John McCrea (Artie), Mark Strong (John), Kirby Howell-Baptiste (Anita), and Kavyan Novak (Roger) to return for the sequel.
