Elizabeth Olsen Joins the Cast of ‘ Spider-Man Homecoming 3’ as Scarlet Witch. The third Tom Holland led Spider-Man film is sounding more and more star studded and bonkers day by day. From rumored returns of cast members of the previous Spider-Man films to the inclusion of new variations of beloved characters from other MCU titles, the set up and integration between WandaVision, Homecoming 3 and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is bound to spin a few webs and connect stories we never thought possible until now.
Elizabeth Olsen (Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch) has been VERY busy the last few years with Marvel Studios and appears to be taking more of a leading role in the MCU as we enter Phase 4. Wanda will be teaming up with Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) in the upcoming film Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and it seems the magical pair will be joining our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man in his upcoming film being dubbed ‘Homecoming 3’ until a formal title is announced.
Recently, Olsen appeared on UK’s Capital FM and was asked about her involvement in the new Spider-Man film. Lizzy shared, “I assume you might [see Wanda in Spider-Man 3] if everyone’s in it, but I haven’t showed up to that party yet.”
Are you excited for Homecoming 3? Who do you think will appear in the upcoming films and series? Are you glad to see the return of the characters from the previous Spider-Man movies? We would love to hear your thoughts and theories in the comments. Be sure to check back here at Chip and Co. for updates and all things Marvel!
