The Downtown Disney District, along with select areas of Disney California Adventure are open to guests for shopping and dining. Due to the recent California stay-at-home order, certain restaurants had to close and others had to move to take-out only. In spite of these changes, parking at the Disneyland Resort is still $10 per car per day.
When the Downtown Disney District first reopened, parking was complimentary. When Disney California Adventure reopened last month, the $10 fee was put in place. It made sense then because the resort had more shopping and dining to offer guests.

Now that the stay-at-home order is in effect, fewer guests are visiting the Disneyland Resort. Outdoor dining is no longer available and eating and drinking is not allowed on the property. We also recently found out that the villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Spa will not be reopening as planned.

With less being offered at the Disneyland Resort, we’d hope that the price of parking would go down. As of today, it is still $10 with no news on if that will change.
We will continue to keep an eye out for any changes happening at the Disneyland Resort. Stay tuned!
