A proven fan favorite, Dr Doofenshmirtz is continuing his plot to take over the internet throughout the summer. The latest webisode in the extended 26 part series, “Doof’s Haul 2013: SWAG, Celebs and Misery,” shares Doof’s contempt for internet memes, his love of evil and his belief that the most recent phenomenon of posting Haul videos just may be “the end of civilization as we know it.”
