Dockside Diner reopening on Aug 22nd with an all-new menu

Buoy Oh Buoy! Dockside Diner in Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be reopening on August 22nd with an all-new menu!

Cast your anchor at this open-air “tramp steamer” eatery that pays homage to 1950s California-Crazy architecture. It’s an ideal place to dock ‘n’ dine in Hollywood Studios.

Dockside Diner has yet to reopen when the Disney World Theme Parks closed down last year.

Let’s take a look at their updated menu:

Gone are the Hot Dogs and Pulled Pork Sandwiches having been replaced with Shrimp Salad Roll,
Smoked Fish Dip, and a Chipotle Chicken Salad Roll.

• Shrimp Salad Roll – Shrimp, arugula, tomatoes, pickled shaved fennel, and sliced radish tossed with rémoulade sauce on a brioche butter bun served with seasoned house-made chips
• Chipotle Chicken Salad Roll – Roasted pulled chicken salad with red onions, celery, tomatoes, and watercress tossed with chipotle aïoli and topped with fried onions on a brioche butter bun served with seasoned house-made chips
• Smoked Fish Dip served with seasoned house-made chips, celery, carrots, jalapeños, and pickles
• Seaside Brownie – Chocolate brownie topped with white chocolate ganache and seaside garnish
• Blue Sea Margarita – Tequila, blue Curaçao, and sweet-and-sour

If you are craving a hot dog we suggest heading over to Fairfax Fare near the Tower of Terror as they now feature specialty hot dogs, an assortment of beers, and their signature salad.

It makes more sense to have a Dockside Diner featured seafood (somewhat). So look for them to reopen this weekend at Hollywood Studios.
