Disney’s The Orange Bird Little Golden Book Is Now Available for Pre-Order

You may think you have all the Disney Little Golden Books you need but you’re wrong. My collection is ever-expanding and I hope I can continue adding to it for many more years. Even in very recent memory, Little Golden Book has released a host of titles that should draw the attention of Disney fans. But more on that later. The one you need to set your sights on today is “The Orange Bird,” a sweet book all about that iconic Florida native you’ll find in Walt Disney World!

Originally used as a mascot for the Florida Citrus Commission, few people know anything about the Orange Bird other than his association with Dole Whips. Don’t get me wrong, I love to see his smile over at Sunshine Tree Terrace, but he is a complex and fascinating character! He existed long before his sipper debuted at Epcot, and this book may not tell the whole story, but I can’t wait to read more about this adorable but under-appreciated Disney friend!
