Disney’s Live-Action ‘The Little Mermaid‘ Release Date Announced. Disney’s live-action ‘The Little Mermaid‘ will splash into theaters for Memorial Day Weekend on May 26, 2023. The studio recently finished filming in Sardinia, Italy and the upcoming film has moved to post-production.
