The Disneyland Resort’s horses made an appearance at the Swallows Day Parade this past weekend. Each year, this parade is held just south of the Disneyland Resort in the town of San Juan Capistrano, California.
This year was the 60th anniversary of the parade which commemorates the day swallows return from their winter home in Argentina back to the city for the summer.
Brother and Chief, two of Disney’s Circle D 4-legged cast members, fit right into the active equestrian community. Disneyland’s San Juan Capistrano is also an active equestrian community, which allowed the two beautiful horses to fit right in. Decorated with flowers, Brother and Chief pranced their way through the parade alongside Alexa Garcia and Nozomi Fukumoto, both Disney Ambassadors.
