It’s finally here! Disneyland’s new parade, “Magic Happens” debuts today! We happened to be invited to join in on the magic just a day before it’s big reveal!
Before we had the chance to view the day time spectacular, about 8,000 cast members got a special viewing the night before. We asked one cast member what her favorite new float is, and she immediately told us all about the Moana float! It was so great to see the excitement in the cast members. It definitely helped build our excitement for the big reveal!
Hearing the new score before seeing the visuals of the parade really set the mood. Everyone watching was dancing along. The spectacular began with the Fab Five accompanied by some amazing dancers.
Every float was more beautiful the the one before. There was even surprise characters that we weren’t expecting to see! Everything from the technology to the music is truly magical. In total, “Magic Happens” has 9 new beautifully crafted floats and 2 new original songs. They also have about 90 performers helping make all that magic happen up and down the parade route!
“Magic Happens” is the daily spectacular that all Disney fans need! This parade has something for all kids and the young at heart! The parade will be showing daily at 3:30 and 6:00 P.M. at the Disneyland Resort!
