Disney World Adds Decadent New Pancakes and Character Waffles to Resort Menus
Breakfast at Walt Disney World is getting a serious sugar rush this fall, with a new lineup of decadent pancakes and character-shaped waffles arriving at several Disney Resort hotels. From birthday cake and strawberry to caramel-banana, fruity cereal, and candy bar creations, these new morning treats take the classic Disney breakfast and turn the sweetness dial all the way up.

At Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Landscape of Flavors will serve Character-shaped Birthday Cake Waffles topped with birthday cake custard, cake crumbles, and rainbow sprinkles. Guests can also order a pancake version with the same toppings. Both are served with bacon and sausage, because apparently breakfast now comes with its own birthday party.
Over at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort, guests can dig into Mickey-shaped Strawberry Waffles topped with creamy vanilla custard at both Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory and Riverside Mill Food Court. The same waffles will also be available at Everything POP Shopping & Dining at Disney’s Pop Century Resort, along with Strawberry Pancakes featuring the same vanilla custard topping.

Disney’s All-Star Resorts are getting some especially indulgent additions. End Zone Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort will offer Mickey-shaped Caramel-Banana Waffles topped with streusel, plus a pancake version. Intermission Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort is adding Mickey-shaped Fruit Cereal Waffles with creamy vanilla custard and fruit cereal, along with matching Fruit Cereal Pancakes. At Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort, World Premiere Food Court will serve Mickey-shaped Candy Bar Waffles loaded with cookie bar pieces, caramel, and chocolate sauce, plus Candy Bar Pancakes with the same toppings. All of the new breakfast options come with bacon and sausage.
