Disney World Refurbishment & Closure Schedule for December 2022

If you are visiting Disney World this month, you’ll want to take a look at our Disney World refurbishment and closure schedule for December. These closures are just for rides and attractions at the theme parks.

The Walt Disney World Railroad at Magic Kingdom is still closed. We have seen the attraction being tested but there is still no reopening date. The railroad is listed on Magic Kingdom’s refurbishment schedule for all of December.

Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. is still closed as well while it undergoes a refurbishment. The store is getting an updated look to go along with the new TRON roller coaster.

Over in Epcot, the American Adventure attraction is closed for refurbishment. There are many audio-animatronic figures so this is most likely regular maintenance. The attraction is set to reopen on December 17.
