October is here and Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary celebration has begun! In spite of the magical celebration, there are a few closures and refurbishments happening around the resort.

The Walt Disney World Railroad in Magic Kingdom remains closed while work continues on the new attraction, TRON Lightcycle Run.
Mickey’s Philharmagic in Magic Kingdom is closed until November 12 while a new scene is added to the attraction. The new scene is from Disney Pixar’s Coco and we can’t wait to see it!

The lobby at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort is undergoing a refurbishment. It should be finished by late October.
Keep these refurbishments in mind if you are visiting Walt Disney World this month!
