A recent Disney World job posting has many wondering if changes are coming soon to the Festival of the Lion King!
The job posting is for Stunt Actors with Trampoline experience. Given the format of Disney World’s live shows, it gives us hope that we may see Tumble Monkeys return. The current modified Festival of the Lion King show doesn’t feature the Tumble Monkey act, but many are hoping to see it return.
More information on the current show is listed below:
Join the inhabitants of the Pride Lands for a grand gala in honor of Simba, the lion cub who would be king.
As the lights dim, hear the sounds of the African savanna. A kinetic kaleidoscope of color floods the stage as colossal puppets, extravagantly costumed dancers, a daring fire dancer and incredible stilt walkers dazzle the senses.
During spectacular theatrics, you’ll relive all the classic songs from The Lion King, including “Hakuna Matata” and “Can You Feel the Love Tonight?” The spectacular finale includes a soaring rendition of “Circle of Life.”
It’s a moving and immersive theatrical experience celebrating music that has touched generations of Disney fans—and a festival you’ll want to be part of again and again!
Shows such as Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular recently made a triumphant return to Walt Disney World. The show involves a mix of actors and stunt performers. Seeing the latest job ad for tramp wall experience stunt actors is a healthy sign of entertainment returning to Disney World’s other live shows.
