If you’re wondering about the hiring bonus, it’s job-specific, so you’ll want to check out the position you’d be interested in first. But to take an example, I’ll use the Chef Assistant Pastry/Bakery position. The successful candidate will receive a starting rate of $20 an hour. The limited-time $3,000 hiring bonus is only available until February 26th. The first installment of $750 is paid after 90 days and the second payment is made after 150 days. An up to $6,000 bonus will be paid out pending other criteria.
