If you’re wondering about the hiring bonus, it’s job-specific, so you’ll want to check out the position you’d be interested in first. But to take an example, I’ll use the Chef Assistant Pastry/Bakery position. The successful candidate will receive a starting rate of $20 an hour. The limited-time $3,000 hiring bonus is only available until February 26th. The first installment of $750 is paid after 90 days and the second payment is made after 150 days. An up to $6,000 bonus will be paid out pending other criteria.

Cast members must be in the position continuously for at least 90 days after hire to qualify for the bonus. They must be employed by The Walt Disney Company at the time of payment. To be eligible for the bonus after 150 days, cast members must remain employed in the position continuously for at least 150 days and be employed by The Walt Disney Company at the time of payment. The disbursements will be made two weeks after each milestone.
