Disney World 50th Anniversary Statues now have Halloween Sayings. When the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary started Disney installed Gold Character Statues around all four Parks. They were supposed to be interactive. Earlier this summer, they became interactive with the release of the new MagicBand Plus.
We had written extensively on how the MagicBand Plus worked with all the statues. Each Character statue had 4 to 6 different sayings when you would wave at them. As part of the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary celebration, you can interact with the Disney Fab 50 Character Collection throughout all four theme parks with the “Disney Fab 50 Quest.” Help Tinker Bell bring the sculptures to life across all four Walt Disney World theme parks using virtual pixie dust from Tink.
Now, Disney has started rolling out new experiences and sayings with the Fab 50 Statues around Disney’s Magic Kingdom. The statues in the Hub area, including Stitch and Tinkerbell now all have different Halloween sayings. You can watch the video below, and also check out our Instagram Reel to see a few of the different Halloween sayings.
Be on the lookout for gilded sculptures of beloved characters. At Magic Kingdom park, some of these characters will include:
- Mickey Mouse
- Minnie Mouse
- Donald Duck
- Daisy Duck
- Chip ‘n Dale
Check back later to learn about character sculptures at all 4 theme parks—and discover how they’ll inspire surprising ways for you to interact with the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary celebration of Walt Disney World Resort.
