Disney World 50th Anniversary Petite Cake at Amorette’s in Disney Springs. We got a chance to watch the bakers at Amorette’s Patisserie making these new petit cakes yesterday. Since they were fresh we had the petit cake and really enjoyed ourselves. The blueberry flavor is not too sweet, and the blue mousse is smooth. The lemon curd is a delight. Overall, we enjoyed the new petit cake.
Get ready for something sweet! Enjoy the decadent taste of the 50th Anniversary Petite Cake––a vanilla chiffon cake with blueberry jam, celebration blue mousse, and lemon curd. Be careful when cutting or eating this and other petit cakes from Amorette’s, the bottom is not fancy icing, it is actually fabric. Looks beautiful, and we were not paying attention. Well worth the money spent.
As with most Amorette’s Petit cakes, this one cost $22.00 and was well worth the money.
