According to a local union, Disney will be paying certain Walt Disney World Cast Members to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Unite Here! Local 362 posted to Facebook that Disney will pay Cast Members 4 hours worth of pay for getting the vaccine.

The Facebook post reads:
“It’s time for Our Shot!
Disney is paying four (4) hours for getting the vaccine! More information on how to access this benefit will be shared later this week.
Stay safe, and stay strong!”
The union represents attractions and custodial Cast Members, amongst others. Their press release mentions dates of January 1st, 2021 thru September 30, 2021, meaning Cast Members who have already been vaccinated should also be eligible for the additional pay.
