The latest Disney Gossip we are hearing is that part of Disney’s program for diversity and inclusion in their theme parks they are going to introduce a multiracial representation of Santa Claus at Walt Disney World.

What we do know is in years past Santa has been played typically by a white male. While at the Very Merriest After Hours party earlier this week we saw a white Santa Claus Greeting guests in Liberty Square in a socially distanced meet and greet then also in Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade.

The rumor we have heard is that the multiracial representation of Santa Claus will be over in Epcot during Epcot’s International Festival of the Holidays.

Epcot Festival of the Holidays

Epcot Festival of the Holidays is an International Yuletide Extravaganza celebrating the Holiday Season around the globe so it would make perfect sense for Santa to be a person of color.

As of right now, we have not received any official word from Disney on this latest gossip.
