Disney to Host Several Ad Slots During ‘Super Bowl LV’. It’s the largest sporting event of the year and Disney is ready to share some new and exciting things with fans! According to Deadline, Disney is planning to host 2-4 advertisement slots during the big game, with many sites believing there may be additional slots being kept under wraps to prevent too much speculation. Though we won’t know exactly what to expect, here are our top predictions for what you might see during Super Bowl LV:
Walt Disney World Resort Disney Parks Commercial
Disney Parks have iconically been the winning Quarter Back’s vacation of choice after the Super Bowl. With Disneyland closed currently, you can bet we’ll get to hear “Tom Brady or Patrick Mahomes, you just won the Super Bowl! What are you going to do next?” with the iconic answer “I’m going to Disney World!” Likely there will be an additional commercial or two to go along with the annual tradition throughout the evening.
Final Trailer for Disney’s Raya and the Last Dragon
Raya and the Last Dragon is scheduled to premiere on Disney+ Premier Access and in theaters on March 5th. With the premiere date so close we expect a more cinematic style trailer to premiere during the big game to drive up Disney+ subscriptions and get more subs to go in on Disney+ Premier Access.
Teaser Trailer for Disney’s Cruella
There has been minimal advertisement for Disney’s next live-action film starring Emma Stone as Cruella De Vil. Cruella is likely to see a featured spot during the big game, or soon after, since it will be one of the first titles to premiere exclusively in theaters (for now).
Teaser Trailer for Marvel Studios’ Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is set to premiere in 5 months, making this the perfect time to release the first trailer for the highly anticipated movie. This is one of our top choices for an advertisement slot during the Super Bowl.
Teaser Trailer for Marvel Studios’ Eternals
Though this is a less likely scenario, we are eagerly awaiting the first look at the mysterious Marvel movie! Fingers crossed, we get at least a glimpse of what is to come from the upcoming film.
Teaser Trailer for Lucasfilm’s Obi-Wan Kenobi Series
The new Star Wars Disney+ limited series premiere is still far, far away and the show has just begun filming so this is a very unlikely choice, but we would be amiss to not add it to our wish list!
Teaser Trailer for Lucasfilm’s The Book of Boba Fett Series
The recently announced series, The Book of Boba Fett, is still a mystery to fans. Will the series will a prequel or happen congruently with The Mandalorian series? A Teaser Trailer may give us all the answers we need, and likely raise additional questions. Needless to say, we are hooked already but a sneak peek would be nice.
Official Trailer for Marvel Studios’ Black Widow
It has been agonizing for Marvel fans to continuously wait for the premiere of Marvel Studios’ Black Widow. We are so ready to see a new official trailer and hopefully some positive news about the movies release! The first trailer for the film premiered during last years Super Bowl so we would love to see a second trailer this time around.
Official Trailer for Disney’s Jungle Cruise
Jungle Cruise has been pushed back several times, even before the pandemic. Though it’s unlikely we will see anything new from Disney, there is still a chance we will get to see a new trailer for the film, pending the film is still slated to release in 2021.
Official Trailer for Marvel Studios’ The Falcon and the Winter Soldier Disney+ Series
This is the most likely advertisement we will get to see during the Super Bowl. Earlier this year Marvel release the first solo teaser trailer for the series, and with just over a month until its Disney+ premiere now is the perfect time to show off a closer look at The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. If Disney and Marvel do share a new trailer we expect a couple surprises to boot!
Teaser Trailer for Loki, Ms. Marvel, Hawkeye, and She-Hulk Disney+ Series
Last year, we got to see a teaser trailer for upcoming Marvel series, WandaVision, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and Loki. After production delays completely flipped the script for the introduction into Phase 4 of the MCU, we still expect a similar commercial advertising upcoming Marvel and Disney+ titles such as Loki, Ms. Marvel, Hawkeye, and She-Hulk.
